That is why nothing here is generic. Before anything is made you see a proof of exactly how the name, number or message will sit on the product, so the detail that matters is the detail that ships.
CRAFTSMANSHIP.
Personalisation is done in-house, one piece at a time. Engraving depth, print placement and colour are set per product rather than run through a single template, because a mug and a duffle bag do not behave the same way.
Every piece is checked by hand before it is packed. If a name is off-centre, it does not leave the workshop.
QUALITY.
We choose products we would use ourselves, then we stand behind them. If something arrives wrong, we remake it.
