CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Look after your personalised pieces and they will look good for years.
Here is how to care for each type.
BY PRODUCT
Mugs, bottles and tumblers
Hand wash in warm, soapy water with a soft sponge.
Not dishwasher safe.
Do not freeze or microwave.
Wash lids separately and let everything air dry.
Bags, aprons and fabrics
Wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle.
Use a mild detergent, with no bleach or fabric softener.
Air dry, do not tumble dry.
Iron on the reverse side, never directly on the print.
Wooden boards
Hand wash and dry straight away.
Never put wood in the dishwasher or leave it to soak.
Rub with food-safe board oil now and then.
Chop on the plain side to keep the design crisp.
Keyrings and metal
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
Keep away from perfume, sanitiser and harsh cleaners.
Take off before swimming.
Photo blocks, coasters and desk pieces
Dust with a soft microfibre cloth.
Use a slightly damp cloth for marks.
No glass cleaner, alcohol or scourers.
Wipe coasters clean, do not soak them.
Everyday tips
Check the care notes on each product page.
Keep printed pieces out of strong, direct sunlight.
Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive pads.

SOMETHING NOT RIGHT?
If a piece arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.
