Good to know
- What photo works best?
- A clear, well-lit photo of the face. Phone photos are perfect. Sunglasses, hats and heavy shadow make it harder. JPG, PNG or HEIC up to 12 MB.
- Can more than one person be included?
- Yes — couples, families and pets all work. Upload the photo with everyone in it, and tell us anything we should know when we send the proof.
- When must I order?
- Friday 11 December is the last order date for Christmas delivery. Orders after that are still made, but may arrive after the 25th.
- What does delivery cost?
- A flat R150 anywhere in South Africa, added at checkout. Collection by appointment is also available.
- Can I change the artwork?
- Yes. Reply to the proof with what you would like changed and we will send an updated one. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.
